Le Clare's specializes in the French Éclair. Éclairs are a pastry made with choux dough filled with a sweet OR savory filling and decadent toppings. Meet Chef Tyler & Chef Maggie
Just months ago, the talks had just started about what would it be like to have our own space? What would it be like to get laser focused on something we are really passionate about?
In April 2024, after consulting with a city planner for a potential space to buildout for a kitchen, the most PERFECT opportunity presented.
Our neighborhood cookie store was selling their assets and we decided to take the opportunity, skip any drama with construction and permits and turn the key to our new Patisserie!! The next 2.5 months we tested recipes, procedures, obtained licenses and collected a beautiful community of artisans to join us. On July 19th, after an incredible welcome event at Denver's Big Eat, we opened the doors!
Le Clare's (meaning The Clare's-- our last name), is a culmination of our adventures, travels and our community! Tyler is embracing his love for pate a choux (cooked dough) with savory and sweet eclairs and Maggie is showcasing her love for layers in her entremets.
In addition, the storefront boasts all local Colorado brands in the beverage cooler and in the display case. Le Clare's is also the premier storefront for the delicious gluten free/vegan Denver Macarons!
When you come in for a visit, expect a journey like no other!
Plan to dine out on the beautiful patio as you escape the city life to enjoy your sweet OR savory pastries! (Dogs are welcome!)
